At Skin House, all appointments are reserved especially for you. Because our treatments require dedicated time and preparation, the following policies apply:
Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Appointments canceled with less than 24-hour notice may be charged a 50% cancellation fee.
No-Show Policy

Clients who do not show up for their appointment will be charged 100% of the service.
Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your service may be shortened or rescheduled.

Late arrivals may still be charged the full service price.
Refunds

All services are non-refundable.
Results may vary based on individual skin type and aftercare. -
Products may be returned within 7 days only if unused, sealed, and in original condition.
Rescheduling

You may reschedule your visit at least 24 hours in advance with no fee.
