Client Consent & Appointment Policy – Skin House
At Skin House, your comfort, safety, and satisfaction are our top priorities. To ensure a seamless experience, all new clients are required to complete and sign our Consent Form before booking any skincare treatment or beauty service.
🔒 Booking Requirements
Appointments are not confirmed until we receive:

A signed consent form, and

A 50% non-refundable deposit of the total service cost.
📅 Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
To respect the time of our estheticians and other clients, we kindly ask for:

At least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes to appointments involving a single facial, multiple beauty services, or advanced skincare treatments.
❌ Late Cancellation & No-Show Fees

Less than 48 hours' notice: You will be charged 50% of the total service cost.

Same-day cancellations or no-shows (No Call/No Show): You will be charged 100% of the service fee.
